Our Story

Belle’s Beauty Supply, LLC was founded by Latrise Lowe, who identified a clear gap in convenient access to beauty supply retailers within the local community. In May 2023, while beginning a military tour and preparing her hair for service requirements, Mrs. Lowe realized the nearest beauty supply store was over 13 miles away and required significant travel time with traffic. Having experienced similar accessibility challenges for several years while living in Lincoln, Nebraska, she recognized the consistent demand for a closer, community-based beauty supply store. This firsthand experience, combined with market research and positive local feedback, confirmed the opportunity to establish Belle’s Beauty Supply in Port Wentworth, Georgia.

Meet Our Founder 

Mrs. Lowe is a Senior Logistics Director with a twenty-year military career and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Her professional experience includes strategic planning, operational oversight, personnel management, and financial accountability. She brings a longstanding industry familiarity through hands-on cosmetology experience beginning in her teen years, along with direct exposure to salon operations through close family members who are licensed cosmetologists and salon owners.
